On December 22, 2021, the North China production base of JUNBOND Group-Shanxi Wei Chuang new Material Technology Co., Ltd. has an annual output of 120,000 tons of sealants (including 100,000 tons of silicone sealants and 20,000 tons of MS glue). Shanxi Jincheng Bagong Industrial Park held a groundbreaking ceremony and is expected to be officially put into operation in May 2022.
This project is the first organic silicone sealant company to settle in Shanxi Province, and it is also another major move for the group to deploy nationwide. The equipment adopts the most advanced domestic silicone sealant and MS glue automatic production line, which will increase production more quickly after it is put into production.
After the project is completed, the group will form mutual linkages in the four major regions of the country (South China, Central China, East China, and North China) to give full play to its geographical advantages, shorten production cycles, improve shipping efficiency, reduce various costs, and enhance the overall competitiveness of the company’s market.
The group has always been closely relying on upstream suppliers, forming strategic alliances with large state-owned enterprises, fully integrating local high-quality industrial chain resources, abundant human and power resources, and providing a strong backing for becoming a first-class enterprise.
In recent years, the Group has continued to increase R&D investment and put product R&D and quality control in the first place. Currently, it has more than 30 R&D personnel. In 2022, it will continue to expand innovative R&D cooperation with universities and fully promote new product R&D and development. Quality control efforts to ensure that the quality is more stable, the categories are more complete, and the advantages are more obvious.
